While we hope you absolutely LOVE every one of your Lemon Lorraine items, we know sometimes things just don't work out and you'll need to send something back. Please notify us of your return within 10 days of purchase. Once we authorize your return package with copy of receipt included in the package.
Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size, if it's still in stock. If the size needed is not in stock, store credit will be issued for the returned item. No exceptions, please. We are not able to hold items you are exchanging for.
Scissor and knife cuts accidentally made in apparel from opening the package are not considered a "damaged" item and are not covered under our return or damaged policies. These items are the responsibility of the customer to replace.
If exchanging for a higher priced item, an invoice will be sent for the difference.
Discounted and/or custom items are not eligible for return!
Custom designs are not eligible for return (ie: team apparel, private labeled, etc.
MAKING RETURNS: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 7 days and shipped back to you at no additional cost. Customer is responsible for shipping all returns and exchanges. Original shipping is non-refundable. Start a RETURN.

If there is damage from the shipping company, please contact them right away, save all original packaging and take ample pictures of damage and torn packages, etc.
